The Corporate Social Responsibility Arm "SISIDLAN" or Sustainable Initiatives for Socioeconomic Improvement, Development, Livelihood, and Nature. BOF unites the following Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs under one purpose-driven platform.
In partnership with the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP)
EmpowerEd: Financial Literacy is BOF’s flagship Corporate Social Responsibility initiative, developed in collaboration with the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) to help build a financially informed society. Grounded in the belief that sound financial knowledge empowers better life choices, the program equips its participants with knowledge in managing financial resources wisely and plans for a more secure future.
EmpowerEd is delivered as an engaging and interactive forum that encourages open discussion, active participation, and real-life application of financial concepts. Through expert resource speakers, the program shares practical insights on financial management, saving and budgeting, responsible borrowing, and understanding basic financial products.
By translating complex topics into relatable, everyday scenarios, EmpowerEd inspires responsible financial behavior and enables participants to make informed decisions that support long-term financial well-being.
In partnership with the Provincial Environment and Natural Ressources Office (PENRO) Pampanga
SuLi: Sustaining Life on Earth is a tree-planting initiative that serves as BOF's enduring pledge to Mother Nature. Rooted in responsibility, restoration, and renewal, the program builds on BOF's earlier sustainability efforts and reflects a deeper commitment to protecting natural resources while engaging communities in meaningful environmental activities.
In partnership with the Provincial Environment and Natural Resources Office (PENRO) Pampanga, SuLi promotes collective action, affirming that caring for the planet is a shared responsibility. Through this ongoing effort, BOF envisions greener landscapes, healthier ecosystems, and a lasting legacy of care that future generations can nurture and be proud of.
SuLi embodies BOF’s belief that progress and environmental stewardship go hand in hand; And that caring for people and communities starts with caring for the planet we live in.
In partnership with the Department of Social Welfare and Development
HaBi: Hands that Bind is an upcycling project that gives new life to retired BOF uniforms. Through a circular approach to resource management, these materials are transformed into reusable tote bags and pouches, thoughtfully crafted by Kapampangan artisans who are partner-participants of the DSWD Sustainable Livelihood Program.
More than products, HaBi is about weaving stories of sustainability, empowerment, and shared responsibility. Each piece carries purpose, binding environmental stewardship with livelihood opportunities and meaningful community impact.
With every stitch, HaBi carries a story of hope, care, and purpose, creating a future where communities thrive, sustainability is real, and success is within reach.
