Branch Managers


Job Description: 1. Responsible in offering all BOF products and services to clients which includes deposits, loans and other services.
2. Ensure achievement of Deposit and Loan targets.
3. Solicit, review, develop and manage client portfolio of accounts to deliver targets thru cross-selling of bank products and services.
4. Responsible for marketing and generating loans based on assigned identified target market segment and lending directions of the bank.
Qualifications: 1. At least 3 years of working experience in branch banking operations.
2. With strong fund generation ability, experience in sales and marketing.
3. Experience in lending is an advantage.




Relationship Managers


Job Description:
1. Solicits, reviews, develops and manages client loan portfolio as well as promotes/cross-sells other bank products and services to prospective and existing customers to help attain the bank’s objective in terms of growth, profitability, client satisfaction and other objectives set by management.
2. Achieves revenue goals by approved account planning, account profitability and risk management metrics.
Qualifications:
1. 5-10 years related experience. Must have good track record on credit, credit structuring, credit policies, transactional procedures, and product features.
2. With working knowledge on regulatory aspects of lending and banking, and legal documentation.
3. With solid experience in developing and maintaining business relationship with clients. 4. Needs analysis and solutions matching skills.
5. Must be outgoing and has the passion for customer service.




Account Officers


Job Description:

Risk and Information Security Specialist


Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Proposes enhancements to risk management policies, processes, and systems to ensure that the bank's risk management capabilities are sufficient and effective to fully support strategic objectives and risk-taking activities;

2. Helps in developing risk appetite and risk appetite statement of the Bank and translating the risk appetite to risk limit structure;

3. Conducts risk assessment as necessary and recommends applicable control measures;

4. Conducts stress testing activities;

5. Involves in the review of IT outsourcing contracts, system development or acquisition activities to verify the adequacy of the control and information security requirements;

6. Identifies, documents and recommends security requirements for information system; and

7. Conducts information and security compliance testing.
