Branch Managers


Job Description: 1. Responsible in offering all BOF products and services to clients which includes deposits, loans and other services.
2. Ensure achievement of Deposit and Loan targets.
3. Solicit, review, develop and manage client portfolio of accounts to deliver targets thru cross-selling of bank products and services.
4. Responsible for marketing and generating loans based on assigned identified target market segment and lending directions of the bank.
Qualifications: 1. At least 3 years of working experience in branch banking operations.
2. With strong fund generation ability, experience in sales and marketing.
3. Experience in lending is an advantage.




Relationship Managers


Job Description:
1. Solicits, reviews, develops and manages client loan portfolio as well as promotes/cross-sells other bank products and services to prospective and existing customers to help attain the bank’s objective in terms of growth, profitability, client satisfaction and other objectives set by management.
2. Achieves revenue goals by approved account planning, account profitability and risk management metrics.

1. 5-10 years related experience. Must have good track record on credit, credit structuring, credit policies, transactional procedures, and product features.
2. With working knowledge on regulatory aspects of lending and banking, and legal documentation.
3. With solid experience in developing and maintaining business relationship with clients. 4. Needs analysis and solutions matching skills.
5. Must be outgoing and has the passion for customer service.




Account Officers


Job Description:

HR Specialist


Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Employee Relations (ER)

1.1 Coordinates requirements in processing standard operating procedure (SOP) pertaining to ER system

1.2 With the guidance of the Immediate Head (IS), prepares ER related memorandum, draft revision on or new

Policy on Discipline (POD), related correspondences, etc.

1.3 Facilitates documentation requirement for Industrial Relations Committee (IRC) meetings

1.4 Monitors and reports habitual delinquency records

2. HR Compliance

2.1 Processes Health and Safety standard requirements

2.1.1. Statutory requirements

2.1.2. Annual Physical Examination, wellness orientation

2.1.3. Storage record

2.2 DOLE Reporting

2.3 Handles all labor related compliance audits

2.4 Processes statutory policies for company-wide implementations

3. HR Operation

3.1 Drafts HR memorandum, policies and procedures, manual of operation, handbook, etc.

3.2 Administers employee record changes due to regularization, promotion, movement /transfer, update in record,

retirement, separation, etc.

3.3 In coordination with Compensation and Benefits Department, administers non-financial side of employee

benefits but not limited to HMO, Uniform, Give aways, general supplies, etc.

3.4 Acts as speaker, facilitator in the conduct of employee orientation on policies, procedures, programs, etc.

3.5 Conducts study, survey, benchmarking on data requirements

3.6 Assists in Employee Engagement (EE) activities

3.7 Provides assistance in maintaining employee records, HR files, HR office, storage, office, bulletin board, etc.

3.8 Handles related tasks which may be assigned from time to time




Security Officer


Requirements for a Chief Security Officer:

  1. Be at least thirty (30) years of age;
  2. Be a college graduate;
  3. Have at least five (5) years experience in the field of law enforcement and/or security operations, two (2) years of which is in a managerial position; and
  4. Possess all the qualifications and none of the disqualifications provided for under Secs. 134 and 138, respectively.

Job Description:

  1. Developing and administering a security program appropriate to the risk profile of the bank;
  2. Constituting a security management team, as appropriate;
  3. Conducting a security awareness program among bank employees on a continuing basis;
  4. Investigating bank robberies/hold-ups, recommending the filing of appropriate charges in court as the evidence may warrant and assisting in the prosecution of the perpetrator(s) thereof;
  5. Establishing an effective working relationship with the Bangko Sentra!, PNP and other law enforcement agencies in the prevention of bank crimes and other natural and man-made hazards; and
  6. Implementing new techniques, methods and equipment to enhance bank protection measures in a cost effective manner.




Risk and Information Security Specialist


Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Proposes enhancements to risk management policies, processes, and systems to

ensure that the bank's risk management capabilities are sufficient and effective to fully

support strategic objectives and risk-taking activities; 2. Helps in developing risk appetite and risk appetite statement of the Bank and

translating the risk appetite to risk limit structure;

3. Conducts risk assessment as necessary and recommends applicable control measures;

4. Conducts stress testing activities;

5. Involves in the review of IT outsourcing contracts, system development or acquisition

activities to verify the adequacy of the control and information security requirements;

6. Identifies, documents and recommends security requirements for information system; and

7. Conducts information and security compliance testing.
