BOF Strengthens Strategic Direction for 2027–2028

Bank of Florida (BOF) brought together its key leaders for the BOF Strategic Planning for 2027–2028, held on October 10 and 17, 2026, at the BOF Corporate Center in the City of San Fernando, Pampanga.

Facilitated by Vince Concio of Manila Execon Group, Inc., the two-day activity gathered Relationship Managers, Area Heads, Department Heads, the Management Committee, and the Executive Committee to review and strengthen the Bank’s plans, programs, and strategies for the next two years. BOF President and CEO Paolo David Carlos opened the activity with an inspiring message, challenging the leaders to think outside the box, push beyond conventional approaches, and pursue exponential growth.

The Board of Directors also joined the discussions on the second day, reinforcing the importance of aligning leadership perspectives with the Bank’s strategic priorities.

Through collaborative discussions and a forward-looking approach, participants examined BOF’s current position and explored opportunities to strengthen organizational capabilities and execution. These discussions helped align priorities and establish a clearer direction for translating strategic goals into actionable initiatives.

As BOF looks ahead to 2027–2028, the strategic planning activity marks an important step in preparing the Bank to navigate evolving market needs, pursue sustainable growth, and deliver greater value to its clients and the communities it serves.
