Banking on Teamwork: Lessons from Coach Chot Reyes at PamCham 83rd GMM

BOF proudly joined the 83rd General Membership Meeting of Pampanga Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Inc. on February 24, at Best Western Plus Metro Clark in Angeles City. The session featured insights from Coach Vincent “Chot” Reyes, seven-time PBA Coach of the Year, who spoke on the power of teamwork and unshakeable resilience. 

His message underscored that organizations thrive when leaders uplift the morale of their “rockstars”, enabling peak performance and shared success. Representing BOF were Senior Relationship Managers together with the Marketing and Communications Group, whose participation reflects the Bank’s commitment to continuous learning, leadership development, and collaborative excellence.
