Banking on Future Innovators: BOF Joins the IBA Days 2026 at CCSFP

BOF is honored to take part in the City College of San Fernando, Pampanga – Institute of Business Administration’s (CCSFP-IBA) IBA Days 2026 celebration held on May 21, at the Ninoy Aquino Amphitheatre, Heroes Hall, City of San Fernando, Pampanga. 

Through its flagship CSR initiative, EmpowerEd, the Bank aligned its advocacy with the event’s theme, “Innovating the Future of Business Leadership,” highlighting the importance of financial literacy in developing responsible and future-ready business leaders among the Institute of Business Administration students. 

The program opened with remarks from Dean Dr. Ma. Christina D. Basilio, who emphasized the value of practical financial knowledge in preparing students for the professional world. 

Representing BOF were Senior Executive Vice President Jaime P. Panganiban, who delivered an inspirational message; Executive Vice President Rona Q. Binuya; Assistant Vice President of the Branch Sales Group Annette G. Tongol; Branch Operations Group Head Aiza Marie L. Vergara; members of the Marketing and Communications Group; and Corporate Communications and Planning Manager Mark Cyrille B. Paulo, who delivered a keynote discussion on Financial Literacy. 

Also featured was Mr. Ramil Leonard Pineda, who discussed the security features of Philippine currency. EmpowerEd is implemented in partnership with the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, further strengthening BOF’s commitment to empowering the next generation through financial education and meaningful community engagement.
