On January 21, 2023, BOF had their 2023 State of the Bank Address (SOBA), an annual event wherein the President and CEO presents the bank’s performance for the previous year and its plans moving forward.

With the theme Building Homegrown Success, BOF wanted to highlight its Unique Value Proposition (UVP) that focuses on shared growth between the bank, its clients, and its communities.

BOF President and CEO, Susan David-Nunga, states

“We are here to fill in the gap in the vast banking industry where banks think of their clients first as family. Emphasizing this differentiates us from our competitors; our key demographic can resonate with us better and attest to our genuine and sincere service.”
