Unlocking Financial Knowledge at PSAU

ogether with the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP), BOF once again brought EmpowerEd: Financial Literacy to the Pampanga State Agricultural University (PSAU) on Thursday, September 4. This is in line with the university's Savings Consciousness Month celebration, through the invitation of PSAU’s College of Business, Economics, and Entrepreneurship (CBEE) led by their Dean, Prof. Leslie V. Torres.

Representing BOF were Senior Executive Vice President Jaime P. Panganiban and Vice President for Corporate Affairs Group Zabrina David Nunga, while BOF’s Corporate Planning and Communications Manager, Mark Cyrille B. Paulo, served as one of the resource speakers. BSP North Luzon Bank Officer IV, Ma. Lourdes I. Laconsay also delivered a keynote address on the importance of financial awareness.

Now on its sixth leg, EmpowerEd: Financial Literacy stands as BOF’s flagship Corporate Social Responsibility initiative designed to equip young individuals with essential money management skills. Through this effort, BOF hopes to empower the youth to take charge of their tomorrow. Proving that every peso saved today is a step toward a financially stable and sustainable future.
